At Polk School District, we are committed to supporting the whole child by addressing not only academic needs but also the social, emotional, and physical well-being of our students and families. Our Wraparound Services provide a network of resources to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve success in and out of the classroom.

Through collaboration with community partners, local organizations, and district professionals, we offer a variety of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. Our goal is to ensure that every child has the necessary tools and support to thrive in a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment.
